What is a friendor? Simple! Our "friendors" are our beloved small businesses that we house within our 12,000sf space.

Our goal is to offer vendors a prime retail location to showcase their goods and grow their business at a faction of the cost of a stand-alone storefront. Most vendors do not need business permits or resale licenses to display their products, as Mercantile on Madison covers the business side of selling. Our in-house team handles the advertising, cash register, customer relations, sales reports, building maintenance and all of the legal stuff. You will be responsible to keeping your space fully stocked, but our in-house staff will straighten the spaces daily to ensure everything remains tidy for shoppers!
